Questions before you commit.
I only have an idea — is that enough to start?
Yes. Tell us the concern you want to address, who your customer is and the price you want to sell at. We'll propose which platform to start from, what actives make sense, and what packaging keeps you profitable. You don't need to arrive with a formula.
Do I own the formula?
Formulas developed specifically for your brand are produced exclusively for you and are not sold to other brands in your market. Ownership and exclusivity terms are set out in your supply agreement.
Can you produce a full range, not just one product?
Yes — that's how most brands launch. A typical starter range is a cleanser, a toner, a treatment serum and a moisturiser, all sharing a consistent scent and texture direction so they read as one line on the shelf.
How much will my product cost?
Unit cost depends on formula actives, fill size, packaging and order volume. Send us your target retail price and channel, and we'll work backwards to a landed cost with a margin that supports your business. Quotes are per project, not off a price list.
What happens if a batch doesn't meet spec?
Nothing ships until it passes. If a batch fails our in-process or final QC, it's held and reworked or rejected — you never receive product we wouldn't put our own name on. Retention samples are kept so any dispute can be traced back to the exact batch.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. We're in Baiyun District, Guangzhou — roughly 40 minutes from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. Send us your dates and we'll arrange a walkthrough of the lab, filling lines, QC department and warehouse.
Which markets do you already ship to?
Our focus is Vietnam and Southeast Asia, with growing interest from Central Asia and the Middle East. If you're in a market we haven't shipped to before, tell us — we'll be upfront about what we know and what we'd need to check.
