What brands ask us first.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 3,000 units per SKU. For a new brand running a pilot, we can start at 1,000 units on selected platforms so you can validate the market before committing to volume.
How long does sample development take?
Typically 14–21 days from a confirmed brief, including one revision round. If you're happy with an existing platform from our catalogue, a sample can often ship in 7 days.
Can you match a formula I already sell?
Yes. Send us a sample or the ingredient list and we'll develop a comparable formula, or improve on it. We'll be straight with you about what can and can't be replicated.
Do you help with packaging, labels and cartons?
We handle bottles, jars, tubes, airless pumps and sachets, and we can produce your label and carton artwork to your brand guidelines — or work from artwork you already have.
What documents do you provide for import and customs?
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each batch
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
- Full ingredient list (INCI) and specification sheet
- Batch production records and retention samples
- Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin
Can I visit the factory before ordering?
Absolutely — we'd encourage it. We're in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, about 40 minutes from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. Tell us your dates and we'll arrange a tour of the lab, filling lines and QC department.
